Simon Electric (China) Co., Ltd. and its affiliates and subsidiaries ("we," "us," "our," or "Simon") are committed to protecting your privacy.  This Privacy Statement (this "Statement") describes how we process your Personal Data and protect your privacy when you use the following services, products, and related mobile applications (collectively, "Products").

在本隐私声明中，“个人数据”是指单独使用或者结合其他信息使用能够识别个人身份的信息。“智能设备”是指硬件制造商生产或制造的具有人机界面并且可以通过无线网络传输数据的非标准计算设备，包括：智能家电、智能可穿戴设备、智能空气净化设备等。“App”是指西蒙开发的能够帮助终端用户远程控制智能设备并连接至IoT平台的移动应用程序。
In this Privacy Statement, "Personal Data" means information that can be used to identify a person, either alone or in combination with other information.  "Smart Devices" means nonstandard computing devices produced or manufactured by hardware manufacturers, with human-machine interface and the ability to transmit data that connect wirelessly to a network, including: link appliances, smart wearable devices, smart air cleaning devices, etc. "App" means a mobile application developed by Simon which can help terminal users remotely control Smart Devices and connect to the IoT platform.

    Account or Profile Data: When you register an account with us, we may collect some of your information, such as your email address, telephone number, and username.  During your interaction with our Products, we may further collect your nickname, profile photo, country code, language preference or time zone information in your account.

  •             设备信息：当您与我们的产品交互时，为保障您正常使用我们的服务，维护我们服务的正常运行，改进及优化我们的服务体验以及保障您的帐号安全，我们会自动收集获取运行中进程信息，设备信息，例如设备型号、操作系统、设备硬件序列号(IMEI)、传感器、Android_ID、登录IP 地址、MAC地址、无线连接信息、BSSID,SSID个人信息、操作系统类型和版本、软件安装列表、应用程序版本号、推送通知标识符、日志文件和移动网络信息。
    Device Information: When you interact with our products, We will automatically collect and obtain running process information,device information, such as device model, Operating system, device hardware serial number (IMEI),sensor, Android ID, login IP address, MAC address, wireless connection information, BSSID, SSID personal information, operating system type and version, software installation list, application version number, push notification identifier, log file, and mobile network information.

    Usage Data: During your interaction with our sites and services, we automatically collect usage data regarding visits, clicks, downloads, messages sent/received, and other usage of our sites and services.

    Log Information: When you use our app, the application log and exception stack may be uploaded.

    Location Information: We may collect information about your real-time precise or non-precise geolocation when you use our specific products or services (such as the floor cleaning robot and meteorological service).

    Basic Information of Smart Devices When you connect your Smart Devices with our Products, we may collect basic information about your Smart Devices such as device name, device ID, online status, activation time, firmware version, and upgrade information.

    Information Reported by Smart Devices: When you use our Products, we may collect information reported by your Smart Devices. For example, smart weight scales can report your height, weight, body fat mass (BFM), body mass index (BMI), and skeletal muscle mass (SMM); smart cameras can report images or videos that they have captured.

           自启动和关联启动说明：

Description of self start and associated start:

•                  为确保本应用处于关闭或后台运行状态下可正常接收到客户端推送的广播信息，本应用须使用(自启动)能力，将存在一定频率通过系统发送广播唤醒本应用自启动或关联启动行为，是因实现功能及服务所必要的。

In order to ensure that the application can normally receive the broadcast information pushed by the client when it is closed or running in the background, the application must use the (self start) ability. There will be a certain frequency of broadcasting to wake up the application's self start or associated start behavior, which is necessary for the realization of functions and services.

•                  当您打开西蒙智联app内容类推送消息，在征得您的明确同意后，会跳转来西蒙智联app打开相关内容。在未征得您同意的情况下，则不会有关联启动。

When you open the content push message of Simon Link app, you will jump to Simon Link app to open the relevant content after obtaining your explicit consent. Without your consent, there will be no associated startup.

•                  当您打开门西蒙智联app内部下载的文件后，会关联启动第三方APP。

When you open the file downloaded inside the Simon Link app, the third-party app will be launched.

  Provide Services for You: We process your account and profile data, device information, usage data, location information, and Smart Device related information to provide you with our products and services that you have requested or purchased. </493 The legal basis for this processing is to perform our contract with you according to our terms of use.

  Improve Our Services: We process your device information, usage data, location information and Smart Device related information to ensure the functions and security of our Products, to develop and improve our products and services, to analyze the efficiency of our operations, and to prevent fraudulent or inappropriate usage. The legal basis for this processing is to perform our contract with you according to our terms of use.

We respect your rights and control over your Personal Data.  You may contact us via "Profile – User Center" in our Products. You do not have to pay a fee and we will respond to you within 30 days. Please make clear what information you would like to have changed, whether you would like to have your Personal Data deleted from our database or otherwise let us know what limitations you would like to put on our use of your Personal Data. Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before taking further action on your request, for security purposes.

We use commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your Personal Data. Simon Link provides various security strategies to effectively ensure data security of users and devices. As for device access, we employ Simon Link proprietary algorithms to ensure data isolation, access authentication, and applying for authorization. As for data communication, we support communication using security algorithms and transmission encryption protocols and commercial level information encryption transmission based on dynamic keys. As for data processing, we apply strict data filtering and validation and a complete data audit process. As for data storage, all confidential information of users will be safely encrypted for storage.

We process your Personal Data for the minimum period necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Statement, unless there is a specific legal requirement for us to keep the data for a longer retention period.
